Ms. Geneva was very pleasant and professional, having such a warm and welcoming attitude as well as her studio. You would know it was a pampering day because of the peaceful atmosphere. She shows concern to the condition of the hair when shampooing/conditioning the hair ,which lets you know she is all about healthy hair.
