Cho Hee and Yolanda are the best duo! You can tell that Cho Hee has the skills of a master hair stylist. She is worth so much more than her prices. She’s also very personable and I always love seeing her. Yolanda is also very thorough and detailed. I wholeheartedly trust them with my hair, hence why I’ve been coming to them for the past 5-ish years. You won’t regret your experience at Ziva!
I've been a regular at Ziva for 6 years now! I first discovered Sunny in 2019 when I had a short black bob and wanted a blonde transformation! I've been loyal since. I've done all sorts of cuts, colors, and hughlights, and I've always had the BEST experience. Sunny is extremely clear in every consultation, she is always honest with what can be achieved without compromising your hair's health. I really appreciate her attention to detail the most as someone who is very Type A!
My daughter got her first hair cut by Cho Hee last month. She’s now the third generation of women to get their hair done by Cho Hee. My mother started 12 years ago. I began about 8 years ago. Horrible place! They completely damaged my hair burned my scalp for keeping bleach on for too long, hair shouldn’t be steaming! They didn’t even remove all the dye off my hair when they began to blow dry it; I still had chunks of dye. They just wanted me out of there. After a $50 “discount” I still had to pay $500 Never coming back.
It's the worst. My hair length isn't even consistent, so when I tie it up, the left side sticks out long, and it's semi-wavy, but she's been savagely cut with scissors so it just looks really messy. I asked for a medium-length layered cut that goes down below my shoulders...but she kept insisting that shorter would be better for me so when I told her to do that, she just tore my hair up.If she had cut it a little longer, she should have cut it again...I really want to recommend that she quit being a hairdresser and find some... read more
