Its horrific how the entire office is managed. I waited months for results on a ultrasound after the Doctor stated, its important I get one done due to the size of my nodule. No call back, no follow up despite me calling and leaving messages.
I came in for a hair transplant consultation Dr ende genuinely seemed excited to perform the procedure I deposited 1,000 dollars with an agreement of 6500 to perform the procedure and his coordinator destiny? And she goes by another name also told me I will email you shortly with the details two weeks later she calls and asks are you ready to pay the rest of the money? Dr. Ende is one of the best doctors my wife and I have ever dealt with. He performed surgery on my 2 year old daughter and everything went perfect. Dr. Ende, thank you for everything! The staff at his office are very nice and the staff at Englewood hospital was also very nice and helpful.
Appointment: 4/26/2024 @ 9:30 am with Ende, Kevin. I went to the office 10 minutes earlier. I made an appointment online and uploaded my insurance card as requested by them. The front desk woman asked me to get my insurance card. I told her I already sent you it, while I showed her the message to prove what I said. Dr. Kevin in very nice and patient with my sons. We have been coming to him for the past 4 years. He makes sure that he keeps up with new technology that helps to clean my boys ears with no pain and accuracy. He is super informative and remembers each patient which I think is very special. His staff is very friendly. I must say that we will follow him where ever he goes.
