I used to go to Natalie for years and had to find her again a while ago when she moved. I am so glad I did! Natalie and her staff have not only provided outstanding styling but they are friendly and go out of their way for customer service. I can’t say enough good things about Natalie (and Elise) and I would recommend them to anyone!!
I recently moved to the Buffalo area and was desperate to find a new hair stylist and salon home. After a horrible experience with another local salon I stumbled upon Hair Reformation and my stylist Olivia. At my consultation I immediately felt comfortable and that what I wanted my hair to look like was heard. Rylee at Hair Reformation was amazing!! The wax room atmosphere is welcoming and very clean. Received a wax service and she makes you feel comfortable and is patient between strips for breaks. Would highly recommend her services!

I just posted a review for myself, but that one was for me—this one’s for my daughter. 💕 HR isn’t just for us gals chasing dream hair and crushing our hair goals—they’re just as incredible with my almost-10-year-old!
