Came here yesterday to get a mist treatment done by Rylee, and her and Olivia made my experience so fun and amazing! The gratitude and encouragement they showed each other was so refreshing, as was their teamwork. Rylee ended up putting red highlights in my hair and then a colored glaze on me, and gave me the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. I used to go to Natalie for years and had to find her again a while ago when she moved. I am so glad I did! Natalie and her staff have not only provided outstanding styling but they are friendly and go out of their way for customer service. I can’t say enough good things about Natalie (and Elise) and I would recommend them to anyone!!

I recently moved to the Buffalo area and was desperate to find a new hair stylist and salon home. After a horrible experience with another local salon I stumbled upon Hair Reformation and my stylist Olivia. At my consultation I immediately felt comfortable and that what I wanted my hair to look like was heard. Rylee at Hair Reformation was amazing!! The wax room atmosphere is welcoming and very clean. Received a wax service and she makes you feel comfortable and is patient between strips for breaks. Would highly recommend her services!
