I think this salon is a JOKE!!! The OWNER, CAROL BAYS IS VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! !! I was a first time client on a Friday when the owner threw dirty used towels at one of her employees and hastily said "make yourself useful." How rude is that? The salon is very dirty it has bugs dead and alive every where!!! For an Aveda salon it is an embarrassment. She should be ashamed of herself!! I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone! !!!
Brooke McNair is amazing! She has done such wonderful things with my hair and we have a great time together! I was hesitant (at first) because I don't usually spend a lot on haircut, but after going to Hair Quest I don't think it's worth going anywhere else. I've found a real friend in Brooke and all the staff there are super nice. Thank you for everything!
