Omg where do I start ?! The staff was so fun and supportive and full of energy !! They helped me find the perfect wig and did my make up 10/10 then I got my wig installed and styled 10/10 !! I'm definitely coming back and telling everyone about HairQueen La !!!
This wig did arrive fast however it’s not full, the closure looks thin, and it has a smell. I reached out to them via email and hopefully I’ll get a response soon. Update: I called and spoke to Jessica and she issued the return label for me. So far so good with communication. Update: Yall DONT EVER order from them! Communication sucks, wig was thin and horrible. Item arrived on July 7 I returned it on July 8. They tried every thing to NOT give me a refund! Today is August 18 and I’m just now getting my money back.
I was lucky enough to win a free makeover here—Tristian slayed my wig install and Julie nailed my makeup! The owner is so sweet and pays attention to every detail.
