So I’m a little upset I brought a head from hair queen and it’s too big will unfortunately I go back in the store to just do an even exchange and because it was on the Black Friday sale I couldn’t exchange it. I didn’t see anything in the store or online that says i couldn’t exchange I don’t won’t a refund I just need a smaller head!!! I just don’t understand I thought hair queen was to support meridian but you not when I can’t get what I need..
