Worst experience.. The lady don’t know how to hold thread she done threading .she took to much time .nd their charges were also to much but service was not given acc to that .
Since the 1st day shop is open, I am going there for my haircut. Feeling getting VIP protocols. Suggesting to review prices with other salons in the area.
Gave this salon a few tries but just HORRIBLE customer service that ruins your day. First few time was a good experience and then one day they weren’t open in line with their hours posted on Google. Another visit I was told 20 minutes wait while the woman was doing another’s hair but she was honestly working so so so slow just to straighten hair. 40-45 minutes later I gave up on waiting and left. They didn’t even bother to apologize or explain, didn’t say anything and just watched me walk out.
Absolutely ridiculous pricing! Went in for a simple beard, expecting a fair price, only to be charged a whopping $23 for a service that took barely10 minutes. No special treatment, no extra effort—just a quick trim. Total rip-off. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values their customers instead of overcharging for the most basic services.
