Place said it opens at 10am, went there and they were closed. Called multiple times to no answer. 90 minutes past the official opening and still nobody there.

My stylist is great and location for me is fantastic. However, the three stars are for the choice of music. The staff needs to assess the clientele and play music that would appeal to the majority not just 18 year olds--rap for two hours is not my idea of a great spa day!! A variety of genre would appeal to ALL customers not just a few! The supervisor I spoke to didn't seem too willing to please customers!
