Went to this person for a retwist and color, she basically charges whatever amount she’s in need of at that time. I asked her for a line and she lined my hair with dirty clippers and gave me a staph infection! While she was supposed to be doing my hair, she was taking breaks to smoke and get high in her car and had the audacity to charge two hundred fifty dollars.
