Had an appointment for 10am, arrived at 9:55 and nobody was on site. Doors were locked. When the stylist arrived approximately 37 minutes later, they couldn’t get into the building and had to wait for someone else to come open it up. After sitting in the parking lot for a hour, decided to leave as my time as a client is just as important as the stylist. Deposit was not required prior to appointment.
I’ve been with Ashley for 1.5 years now; she’s been braiding me since my big chop. She’s professional, timely, detail focused on her work. The atmosphere is clean and inviting.
