They handle animals inappropriately. They yell at them, handle roughly. you should show up unexpectedly & catch them off guard. Shaved a friend's siberian cat down to nothing. Cat is freezing all the time, her balance is off. She ended taking cat to vet for razor burn. vet said never use them again, they don't know what they are doing. They suggest shaving down because They make more money. Cat only had some matted hair on her underside near privates, didn't need to shave whole body. They always seem to have time to work in my dogs when they need grooming, no matter when I call! I have 3 dogs that I take there and have never had any problems.
