My dog was groomed last week. He came home bleeding and with a complete personality change. He has not been the same since being groomed there. My lovable, friendly, and outgoing pup is now timid and has begun pooping in the house. I feel sick that I brought him into this place.

I just saw your post on Facebook, why have you not called me with any concerns? Scout was bouncing around happy as can be when you picked him up. I mentioned I had trimmed a back nail a bit short, but it had stopped bleeding. When we spoke on the phone I explained he must have broke the nail open again on the gravel outside. You were very polite about it
She really took the time with my anxious dog getting his nails trimmed.
My dog has been yelping & is clearly in pain since I picked her up today. I sent Jinny a text message with no response. I will never take her back there.

Teresa you brought Suzie in today knowing she had some kind of skin issue going on and i showed you the fleas on her while i was checking you in. Her skin all over is very irritated. I suggested you take her to a vet. I am sorry i did not get your text message. I was outside the rest of the evening putting up fencing.
I didn’t deal with them one on one on the count we went out of town so our neighbor did the drop off and pick up and said they were friendly and when we got home our walt was soft and smelled like what new dog smell would smell like ! Well use again!
I have been taking my dogs there for 5 years now, 2 of them for their first ever groom. Ginny is great with them and we even stayed and watched the first groom from beginning to end, laughing and taking pictures. I would and often do highly recommend them!
Every dog I have ever taken there came out looking and smelling wonderful! Even my dad's Newfie (who didn't like everyone) found a friend there!
