So, I made an appointment at 3.30. I was waiting there for more than 20 mins and it didn’t seem it would be my turn anytime soon. So I asked the super busy ladies who had 7 customers already waiting how much longer I needed to wait, they said 10 mins. No way it’d be only 10 mins, everyone else was sitting there waiting with their hair only halfway done (washed but not cut at all). Why even take appointments if you aren’t ready for me at all?? I am extremely disappointed with the service here and will not be returning. I spent nine months growing out my hair, only to have it ruined in less than ten minutes. I clearly asked for a simple student-style haircut, but instead, my hair was cut far too thin, making me look much older. The result was completely different from what I requested.
