Asked for a specific haircut from the main barber. (Owner) Completely did the opposite of what I asked. I spoke with him the following day as requested for a refund or partial of what I paid for my cut back. He told me wasn’t going to give me my money back! However, he wanted to make it right? I feel like he did what he wanted and gave me a full service haircut just so he could charge me full price. I guess you have to so thoroughly and extra specific on what you want as far as haircut.

Tee is the go-to guy there. Very professional and down to earth baber. Before any event, party, or anything I need to dress up for, I go see Tee before i do. HE SURGICAL WITH THOSE CLIPPERS.

Had appointment set up with Kao for my son haircut. The brother did a great job. Will continue to use his service for future bookings.

The owners and operators of this business are great people. They have great skills. Every time I’m there, they seem very genuine, and I enjoy their conversations. Nevertheless, they are extremely unprofessional when it comes to time management. I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve set appointments with them and they either show up super late or they don’t show up at all. Today was the last straw for me.
