I walked in to this salon and it felt so unwelcoming and uncomfortable! I don’t care if they’re some professional hairdressers working there, they need to work on their customer service! Terrible attitude from the older guy at the front. No wonder this salon is always empty.
Desperately needed a haircut while away from home for a couple of months. I managed to find this place online and they had an opening on the same day. Rolled the dice and took my chances and it totally paid off. I managed to get a same-day appointment for a haircut that only cost me $75. My thin and uneven hair has been one of my biggest insecurities. I hated getting ready to go out anywhere especially to work, being the face of the establishment because of how bad it looked and how it made me feel about myself. Now with some color, tape in extensions, with a cut and style by Lorrie I feel so beautiful again. AND best of all, confident. All of her work was done with genuine care and she took her time. I've been going to Lorrie for a number of years now and she is always awesome. Not only does she listen to what I'd like done, she has great input. All the stylists are very friendly and it's just a really relaxing non stuffy feel. My 22 year old daughter went to see Lorrie for the first time and was donating her hair. Lorrie, cut the hair to donate and gave her such a cute cut. She has never warn bangs before so she was very nervous about it.
