Erin is amazing! She cut my hair before and gave me the perfect style for my face shape. This time I came in for a perm and she nailed it again. The results are gorgeous and save me so much time every morning. Highly recommend Erin if you’re looking for someone who truly knows what she’s doing!
Trash service and zero respect for customers’ time. They never start appointments on time, no matter how many times you remind them. Every single visit, I had to wait 10 to 30 minutes—minimum. i made an appointment successfully ahead of time. And on the second day, they called back said my appointment was canceled because they have another ‘loyal’ customer will take that slot. I’m very mad at this arrangement and it’s super unprofessional. It doesn’t make any sense to kick out other customers who have already booked the slot successfully.
