I had an appointment at the hair salon today at 2:30 PM. I was on my way there when the salon contacted me. They called around 2:10 asking, “Are you on your way?” I said yes, but then they told me they had booked someone else as well. Then they said, “No, it’s okay. Erin is amazing! She cut my hair before and gave me the perfect style for my face shape. This time I came in for a perm and she nailed it again. The results are gorgeous and save me so much time every morning. Highly recommend Erin if you’re looking for someone who truly knows what she’s doing!
Trash service and zero respect for customers’ time. They never start appointments on time, no matter how many times you remind them. Every single visit, I had to wait 10 to 30 minutes—minimum. On top of that, I got stuck with an unskilled hairdresser who clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing. The only reason I kept coming back was because of the location, but I’m done.
