I called them yesterday and asked if they could do a bleach and color for today and they said yes. I took an Uber, walked in, and they then say they put it in their system as just a color and they can’t actually do it even though I explicitly told them I have darker hair and would need a bleach too. Was a waste of my time and money.

This is the most amazing salon ever. I have been with Daniel for over 25 years. He is the most superb at color and cut. I have had my hair done all over the globe while traveling and NO ONE else can hold a candle to his expertise and talent. You are missing out if you don’t go to him. The best in DC by far.
