Wow! I called in a panic this morning after a terrible haircut elsewhere, wondering if there happened to be any last minute cancellations. Heather asked me a few questions to assess the situation, and I told her I was desperately trying to find someone to help me with some damage control while my kids were in preschool for the morning.
