I took the hair extension course with Kandy and it was a complete disappointment. The training was rushed, lacked proper detail, and felt very unprofessional. For the high price, the quality was nowhere near what was promised. Their shop is just a small corner unit inside the mall, and honestly, it does not reflect a professional training environment. I regret wasting my time and money here. If you’re looking for real value and proper training, avoid Kandy’s course and look elsewhere.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service and quality of these hair extensions. As you can see in the photo, the installation was done very poorly — the tracks are visible, bulky, and don’t blend at all with my natural hair. Instead of looking seamless, it looks messy and obvious, which completely defeats the purpose of getting extensions in the first place. On top of that, when I reached out to the store, they were dismissive and not willing to fix the issue or provide a refund. For the amount I paid, this is unacceptable... read more
