Portia has been serving me for years and she is awesome! She is very knowledgable and efficient. My hair always looks amazing when I leave her salon. She is very personable and I'm not sitting in the salon all day. She's a great stylist to serve professional business women promoting healthy hair!!
I've been going to Hair Is She for years and I can't speak more highly about the salon, my stylist Portia, and my overall satisfaction with her services. The quality of the service is outstanding - I have yet to find a place or stylist who tops it. My hair is healthy AND looks great. Another thing that I love is how my time is valued. Lengthy waits are never a problem. I'm usually in and out in an hour. Do I need to say more? Check her out - you'll be glad you did.
I am always very pleased when I leave Hair Is She salon. I am very impressed with the way she makes everyone's hair in my family look and feel fabulous. We all have different lengths, textures and needs, but regardless of what our issues may be, she handles them.

What can I say about Portia! There isn't any words to describe how wonderful she is.... Hands down the best stylist in the ATL.... The best salon experience I have ever had in my life. My hair has been chemical-free since June 2000 and have been “Happily Nappy” ever since. Portia is the best! She make you feel like a star. You leave with your full of bounce and shine. She is friendly and efficient. There is hardly any other place you can go to get this great service and be in and out in an hour. If you are looking for someone to give you great hair care, in a fast and friendly manner, Hair Is She is the place.
I began going to Hair Is She salon after my mom had continuously praised Portia for her hardwork, exceptional customer service, and knowledge of natural hair. I love going to the salon and my entire experience is always wonderful. I would recommend this salon and Portia to anybody.
