edited: owner contacted me the next day to apologize and gave many ideas and suggestions on my daughter’s situation. I really appreciate the initiative and passion about doing things right!!!

KIND ALERT — DO NOT COME HERE. I am honestly furious. There are NO prices posted anywhere, and I was charged $50 for a basic haircut for my 2-year-old. No shampoo, hair all over my daughter’s clothes — nothing about this was worth that price. The cashier tried to say it was based on “hair density,” which is ridiculous. My daughter has thin hair and this was literally her first haircut. On top of that, the stylist could barely communicate. Hosted my daughter's 5th birthday party here and chose the slumber party theme. The girls had an absolute blast!! Makeup, hair, and nails all came out amazing and the movie area was set up so nicely with comfy pillows and blankets. Even the adults had fun. We would definitely host another party here. Thank you!
