Absolutely horrible! She doesn't like to wash hair it causes her back pain. Therefore, you wouldn't get a blow dry. The worst hair place I ever experienced in decades. I would not recommend, if you're looking for anything upper class, stylish cut want a wash and blow dry god forbid. All I could do was laugh rather than cry when I looked in the mirror.
