I bought a Groupon and my stylist Chrissy took care of the appointment. I got highlights and a cut. She was personable and made I love my style and cut. I will be back.

Gracie gave my hair the kind of care I hadn't found since my hometown stylist—the one who'd looked after it for years. She was patient and genuinely invested, taking her time instead of rushing through. No small talk about the weather, just focused, no-nonsense attention to getting the cut right. I’m a bit disappointed in my full highlights. The blonde hi lights are brassy and orange. The front left side of my bangs had waaay to many highlights in it because it had a a big orange blotch on n the front of my hair. Gracie was very nice. And I feel bad and all but I paid extra for the additional toner so this would not happen and I was clear that I didn’t not want a brassy blonde highlights. They aren’t even Carmel. Caitlin did my hair and I absolutely love it! She is very professional and really took the time to give me what I wanted, as well as give me her professional opinion to make sure I got the color I wanted. Highly recommend her!
