I’m a bit disappointed in my full highlights. The blonde hi lights are brassy and orange. The front left side of my bangs had waaay to many highlights in it because it had a a big orange blotch on n the front of my hair. Gracie was very nice. And I feel bad and all but I paid extra for the additional toner so this would not happen and I was clear that I didn’t not want a brassy blonde highlights. They aren’t even Carmel. Caitlin did my hair and I absolutely love it! She is very professional and really took the time to give me what I wanted, as well as give me her professional opinion to make sure I got the color I wanted. Highly recommend her!
Caitlin is the best! Always keeps my highlights looking bright and fresh while keeping my hair healthy. She always listens to what I want done and offers options and explains how we can achieve what I want done.
This was one of the worst salon experiences I have ever had. I purchased a haircut and highlight deal through Groupon and booked with Caitlin at Hair Images. I came in with long, very healthy hair and asked for highlights and a small trim just to remove split ends. I clearly said from the beginning that I do NOT like warm tones and that I wanted cool tones.
