Billie Jo is so sweet and did an amazing job cutting my hair! What a wonderful experience. What can I say about Billie Jo besides she is a total gem. I had my wedding makeup and hair done by her. My hair is very thin and I was able to purchase a halo through her that made my wedding hair amazing and it stayed well throughout the day despite humidity. My makeup was so beautiful.
