I've been getting all my Innersense products from Diana at Hair Holistic for years. Her customer service is top tier. The 32oz refill size for my go-to shampoo was out of stock so I sent her a message, she replied right away letting me know when it would be back in stock in two days and even offered to have shipping expedited from her distributor if I needed it sooner.
