Was a bit disappointed with my latest experience here. I decided to take my kids to the event for the free hair cut. we waited in line for about 5 hours before my kids got their cut only to be told by the lady cutting my daughter's hair that if I didn't go up and help brush her hair they wouldn't cut it. This was after they had already cut 2 sections of her hair off. Her hair was long to begin with so had I not done it she was going to leave with half of it long half short.
