I went to Hair Happening to see Teri. I wanted a hair cut and a hair color. First, the hair color did not come out as planned. Teri did give me a refund for the hair color. Second, my hair cut is terrible. I had an inverted bob, and now one side is shorter than the other. The customer service is great, and the salon is cute. However, you go somewhere to get the service you ask for, and I got neither a good haircut nor a good dye job.
