I've been going to Phoebe (Fariba) for highlights for over ten years now and I still can't get over how good she is at what she does. Highlights are genuinely an art form for her, not the cookie-cutter foil pattern you get everywhere else. Every single time, the color looks natural and dimensional. If you're looking for someone who treats highlights as a craft rather than a formula, I can't recommend her enough.

Unprofessional and Waste of Time I booked this appointment a full month in advance with pictures of my hair with Fariba, so I was shocked by the complete lack of professionalism today. I arrived on time and ready for my service, but as soon as I walked in, Fariba told me she "couldn't" do my hair. No valid explanation, no apology just a flat-out refusal after making me wait weeks for this slot. I'm so glad I found HGR. All the team is always super friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Phoebe, since the very first appointment she listened to what I wanted done and translated it into the best baby highlights look I could've imagined with lots of attention to detail.
