Thank you Hair Garage – Been looking around for good salon, hard to find in Folsom. Until I came across Hair Garage, I was blown away by service, quality and pricing. You can be assured of a great salon service and price.
great service – I have been getting my hair colored for years and I have never left the salon feeling like I got exactly what I wanted. So when I went to the Hair Garage I was a little skeptical, but Christina was amazing. She made my hair look better then I could ever imagine. I have a lot of hair and she was so patient and sweet about it. If you want beautiful hair with amazing color I would definitely recommend that you ask for Christina. I am definitely going back to this salon for my next visit.
Customer service gone bad – I am so upset with the owner right now. I'm here for my 11:30 appt that is supposed to be with my normal hairstylist Danielle. When I got here I found out that not only is Danielle not working here anymore but that he double booked the appt. So now I need my hair done and I'm sitting here waiting. To the owner all I have to say is when YOU answer the phone and a customer asks for someone who no longer works for you don't tell them no problem and then doublebook the appt. hair garage go go get your hair done here!!! – I get my hair done with Kamaran at hair garage. I have been to at least 8 diffrent salons in the past few years. NONE have been as great as this place. They are friendly, genuine,and do a fantastic job at anything that has to do with the business. What a wonderful place to go to when your hair needs love.
