Booked an app with CHLOE. Had confirmed for over a week and a half that she could deliver on the hairstyle I wanted. At 12:45, before our 2pm appointment she informed me that she indeed could NOT deliver and told me to come back a day I had more time. RecommendedMy 5 year old desperately wanted a haircut. We were so lucky that Haylee was available today. Not only was she patient and beyond sweet to my daughter, she gave her the most amazing haircut! My daughter, Ruby, was in love with Haylee. We came home and Ruby wanted nothing more than to call Haylee and make her a card, or visit her “tomorrow, and the next day and the next day”.
