Ria did a fantastic job with my haircut and was so sweet during the whole process! She listened to exactly what i wanted while advising on what would suit me best. I will definitely be getting my cuts from her regularly from now on 🥰 Franca at the front desk is also a ray of sunshine, great communication and so friendly. Hair fx has an amazing team on its hands!
Yesterday I walked in for a spontaneous haircut and had the pleasure of meeting Franca. She is very inviting and kind and does not make a guest feel like they are a bother, and I appreciated her genuine smiles. Next I met Ria, who is absolutely wonderful. I got my haircut from Ria done last week and what an amazing job she did. Very very thorough, gave me exactly what I wanted and was very engaging as well. Would 100% recommend Ria. She is also good with thick/ dense hair. Not to forget the blowout was so amazing.
