I’m shocked to read the review about Tony. I have been a loyal client of Tony since October 2020 (almost 6 years) staying so long was only possible due to wonderful person Tony because he is the only one who knows his job in the industry. Been here for several years now. Tony has been great throughout all the years.
I'll keep it short: 1. They would tell me colour is an extra charge, despite it being clearly stated on their website "We NEVER charge extra for colour". 2. Tony, technician, has a very bad attitude. He is physically rough, and the last service he was verbally abusive. I was late because I forgot my "system" at home. I had taken it off and tried to get the knots out. *I purchased a custom unit from them. I made it clear that I wanted to be able to style my hair a few different ways, but Tony cut it too short.. I went in for a consultation with the trichologist Dee. She explained the science about hair loss and showed my scalp under a microscope. The trichologist explained all the different hair loss options to me.the best part was i didnt feel pressure to purchase anything. I would recommend going in for a free consultation if you have hair loss.
