I had received a wash/dry, flatiron and trim! I am definitely going back again. I trusted the process and my hair is looking healthy and gorgeous! I also have very thick hair for reference and this is the end result with no relaxer/perm - just great technique. ❤️

The hair stylist is awful. I've grown my hair out to a lengthy, healthy state and explained to her my reservations. Well she talked about me like a mangy diseased dog to her Ethiopian friends, who refused to patronize her and she damaged my hair so extensively that it took me 5 years to grow my hair out again after continually cutting my hair month after month for approximately 48 months.
