Today I witnessed a very patient, adaptable hairstylist work magic to cut an autistic little boys hair. She would keep trying things to get the little boy to not cry and to stay calm. She and the mother were so patient and kind. After the hairstylist, Tori finished I told her I admire her for what she had done. She needed to take a break after. Unfortunately, before yesterday I would have given this business a 4 or 5 star review, but to say I left disappointed would be an understatement. I had an appointment, which I arrived for 5 minutes early, and got passed over not once, but twice, and the only reason was probably because I was getting a cheaper service, so I guess Fran specifically, saw me as less of a priority, which is really disappointing since this was my 5th or 6th visit to the salon between getting my haircut and getting my son's haircut. Called before I went was told no one had a appointment for 3 hours somehow 2 people still got a seat before me bad lighting and almost always have to trim hairs around my ears when I get home the price is good
Bella cut my hair and she did a fantastic job! I highly recommend this place both for the quality of service and the atmosphere. I'll definitely be back, thanks guys!
I waited about 20 mins and I was next, Tori was supposed to be cutting my hair but another client walked in and she provided service to this customer instead of me. Very disappointed with the customer service, she could have told me she didn't wanted to cut my hair instead of having me waiting for about 20 mins, if Tori like to mistreat clients the way she did to me then she should open up her own shop. 05/13/2025
