He is artist Absolutely amazing! ken has an artist's view of both color & cut, I never tell a stylist what to do which scares the crap out of most of them, Not ken .he embraceed the opportunity to be creative with in a few parameters and did a fantastic job, People stopped me in the store to comment on my hair and my boy friend love it.

WONDERFUL,FRIENDLY STAFF I think the last review is wrong!! Ken is the best stylist ever,I 've been to many pros, my haircut and color is gorgeous and I received so many compliments on my new hair style.I have an assynetrical bob which is a very difficult cut, but he understood my wants and did my hair perfect. I live in Edmonds and I will drive all the way to kirkland for my next cut! thanks ken and all the staffs at hair factor & spa.
He is fantastic I'm really picky with my hair, and I was hestitant about going to Hair factor salon. I walked in and was directed to ken and he was fantastic,he knew what I wanted,my hair looks great. I have been going back ever since.

Japanese stranghtening I got the japanese stranghtening service from ken in this salon, My hair was very curel,frizzy,but,now it look very smooth,shining,stranght,sleek look after the service,he did a wonderful job on my hair,I really recommand him.
His fading-blending skill is excellent Being in kirkland for only two months now,I picked this salon because of the good reviews on this site and despite the bad :)and it was definitely the best choie. Ken my hair cutter did a wonderful job, I think I got the nicest cut I ever had! his fading -blending skill is excellent!!
