This is my second time getting extensions over the past few months and I love coming here. The whole staff is super sweet and my hair always looks amazing. The hair they have for extensions is so soft and full and it’s a perfect way to treat yourself. They are always super accommodating if I need a last minute appointment which makes things even better.
HORRIBLE experience! They did my hair extensions and put them wrong, first Lucy then Dihana. Not only they are expensive but also they don’t care about people, only about making money. My sister and I started going there and both Lucy and Dihana are arrogant, and entitled. Their work ethic is terrible, now that we are going to different salons where they actually put the extensions where they should be, and treat us with compassion and respect, we know how lazy and unprofessional they were!
