I went to this salon because I have curly hair, and other places never seemed to get it right. I was a little nervous at first, as anyone is when trying a new salon, but I’m so glad I went! I met with Megan, told her what I wanted, and without even showing her any photos, she cut and styled my hair exactly how I envisioned it. She completely nailed it! Today, I went to my hair color appointment and was very dissatisfied with the service. I showed Barbara the exact hair color look I wanted, but she seemed to misunderstand my choice. Unfortunately, she ended up doing the worst hair color on my hair. She had a significant communication problem, and the other staff members were also rude. I highly recommend avoiding this place for hair color, especially if you have dark black hair and want a specific look. They simply do not listen to their clients' wishes.
This place is great, everybody is so pleasant and friendly. Barbara is the best, she does great color and highlights. If you need to find a good place to get your hair done you found it !! Also if you’re hungry there’s a small food court downstairs!
