I used to go to this little salon back when Susan was there......but I went yesterday and was butchered beyond repair!! I explained 5 times what I wanted and showed pictures of my hair the way it was when Susan cut it but instead got one side of my hair cut in 3 chopped levels on one side and a Dumb and Dumber cut on the other side! There is no way to repair this mess with out cutting all of my hair off!!! It is a MESS! Everyone that has seen it has gasped and made sure that they know not to ever go to that place! Susan Hill is the BEST hairstylist on the PLANT!!!! I go way out of my way so she and cut my hair, Everytime I go anywhere else and let anyone else cut my hair I'm soooo disappointed. She really is the best j/s
