Im going to be honest. Their work is amazing but their customer service is 2/10. I took an appointment for my 2 nieces and nephew at the store to get their hair braided. Keep in mind they saw the length of their hair. When we got to the appointment they only did 1 of my nieces hair and then said they had no time. Im sorry but that was unprofessional.
