I'm sorry that we couldn't accommodate you that day. We are extremely busy and our 3 stylists rarely have an opening the day of for a service that takes 2 hours or longer. Sometimes we have small gaps in our day because we finish a client early or a client is running late to their appointment. I can assure you we didn't have an opening long enough to fit you in. I sincerely apologize for not being able to work you in to our schedule.
