LATENESS I went to the hair salon on December 31, 2020. My appointment was at 11am and the stylist arrived 30 minutes late. Than she started putting things away. She did not start my hair until 12. When she started my hair she did it for about an hour and said she needed a break. She said she was hungry. I understand that but she should have done an hour and a half or 2 hours before she took a break since she was late. It can improve with stylist being on time. Ms. T has been doing my hair for years and has kept my hair and scalp healthy!! She knows what she is doing, to the point if you don’t know what you don’t want she got you, you will walk out a new woman!! She is the best stylist hands down!! I had an appointment with Tenee. She was very professional and knowledgeable about hair and scalp. I loved the atmosphere and how little time I had to wait to be seen. Tenee cut my hair effortlessly and was finished with my wash and style with minimum time. I ❤️ my new style! I highly recommend this salon.
