This was my first time going to a hair salon in at least five years. I had an amazing First impression, because even though they were fully booked for the upcoming Easter holiday. They scheduled me in the same day since my birthday is next week. Great friendly and knowledgeable staff. Been a few times now, and I'm really picky about my hair due to health issues. Felt very heard and seen. When it came to what I wanted vs what my hair needed, the gentleman listened and gave amazing advice. Much love to the amazing staff.
My family of 5 found Hair Dynasty and their fabulous team after having a few bad experiences when we moved to Newmarket 37 years ago. We never looked back. They are knowledgeable and keep up with the latest trends. I use their hair product line religiously. It is wonderful. After moving 5 hours east 3 years ago, it is with great sadness that we are changing to a Hairdresser that carries the same product line close to our home. We will truly miss Rose and Nick along with Renee and the rest of the wonderful team.
