I went to Jessica to get a subtle balayage, and unfortunately I was not a fan of how it turned out color or style. It wasn't subtle and first turned out reddish instead of gold and had some pieces that didn't get toned at all. I did let her know and she offered for me to come back to fix it , when I went back I felt like I wasn't heard because I told her I just wanted to even it out but she said she would just go darker and add more gold, it idid get darker but one area still didn't get toned and was still not a color I real... read more
