I just had a spiral perm by Rouza. She did such a superb job! She really listens to what a client wants. She is also very warm and friendly. It turned out to be so much more gorgeous than I imagined my hair to be!

Rouza is an amazing colorist. I came in on a review and was impressed with my new hair style and chocolate color with highlights. I feel whole again. I highly recommend Rouza.

It’s taken me a while to write this because I was trying too hard to be optimistic about the service my partner received. But the truth is, I left laughing just to avoid crying—and then actually felt like crying once it set in how badly this haircut was botched. We asked for a simple short cut. I showed inspiration photos before my appointment and booked based on that consultation. After the service, the result did not match what we discussed. When I asked about correcting it, I was told it would take multiple additional sessions, which was not explained beforehand.
