Rouza gave me the best spiral perm I have ever had. She is amazing! Definitely if you want a Perm, you need to see her! I had a hard time finding someone that would give me a spiral and I’m so glad that I chose Rouza!
After reading many reviews, I decided to contact Rouza for highlights not thinking she would be available for a week or two, but to my surprise she had a cancellation and called me directly to reserve the same day! I had very drab, grown out highlights that needed a special magic touch; Rouza has that magic touchh!! Her years of experience and enthusiasm made my hair look vibrant and beautiful! Thank you Rouza!
My mother has seen Rouza for many years getting perms and shes always been so happy. So when I need anything to do with my hair done, I see Rouza. This time I wanted my dark brown hair colored to match by beautiful grey roots. I have shoulder length hair and very thick. She did it perfectly...it'll take a few steps to get exactly the grey match but she has a plan. It turned out amazing!! Rouza is so sweet. She really listened to what I wanted and came through beautifully. I will always be going to her.
I was given Rouza’s name from a friend. I first had a cut done and came back for my daughter’s hair cut. She listens to what you want done and is very enthusiastic about doing hair. I then had highlights done and felt so wonderful and ready for summer! She is very experienced and has a great personality.
