I originally wrote a really good review as the first time I came here, Paul did an excellent job. However, the second time I got a haircut it was horrible. The haircut was uneven, he cut way more than I asked, it was rushed and he was accepting walk in customers despite being super busy. It felt super rushed and the way he handled my hair was painful. I looked 40 years older the moment the coloring was done. Every single person who saw the photos or my hair was shocked (I’m not exaggerating). This was completely the hairstylist’s idea—I never asked for highlights. I couldn’t believe this was the final result. It was nothing like what he promised: “The bleach will lift to a very light tone, no yellow or orange at all.” And on top of that, he didn’t even apply any hair oil treatment afterward! Paul does an excellent job at taking your vision and remixing what he thinks is right for you. I was very satisfied with my haircut!

I've been trusting Helen with my haircut and coloring for the last 2 years. Helen is very knowledgeable and gives guidance on the shade of coloring that best works for me. It was hard finding someone who could work well with straight Asian hair so I'm glad to have found Helen. Highly recommend Helen!
