This was absolutely the worst experience I have had at a salon. I should've known that since her salon was out of her home she was an amateur. I asked for a caramel blonde-light brown color and showed her a picture. I ended up with copper highlights all over my head that my boyfriend said looked orange. She "trimmed" the long hair that fellow below my chest that I asked her only to trim..to my shoulders. My hair is now shoulder length in the front and long in the back.
