I recently went to Hair Cuttery a few days ago at 9am for a updo bc I was in a wedding and Valerie was the stylist that I had and she did an AMAZING job!! I showed her a pic that I liked and she made it happen. She was very friendly and she made sure that my hair was tight and when we left the reception at 9pm my hair was still in great condition after all the dancing and not to mention that it was raining that day. I would extremely recomend Valerie at the Charles town hair cuttery!!
