I am incredibly disappointed with the terrible customer service I experienced at this salon today. I scheduled an appointment ONLINE instead of just walking in. The next available for my son’s haircut was at 5:30pm. I received a confirmation email and text. Then about 25 min before the appointment, am incredibly rude “assistant manager” called to tell me that he doesn’t “know how I was able to schedule” but they’re booked. Chelsea always does an amazing job on my hair. she does what I want and makes it awesome!!
Stylists were awesome with the grand kids. They listened and asked questions. Then styled as requested. We were very pleased with the results. Loved that their cuts will help another child get a hair cut. Will bring the older child back to get a few more inches cut off. Would rather go back to shorten more than have it cut too short.
