Because they quote you a “package price” of $132.00, then tell you all of the things included in this price, but SURPRISE it’s $50.00 more at check out. I will never step foot in there again. For $186.00 I could have had the same thing done somewhere really good. $186 for root cover and partial highlights is NOT what I agreed too. Ladies beware. I suggest have them give you the price in writing.

Horrible experience took them 60 mins to cut my hair and now it looks like a MAP. What a way to screw up my day!!! Manager will be refunding me and Teach Erin how to cut hair she sucks!!!
The stylist was not very confident at her skills. when I got home and washed my hair it looked very uneven in the back and sides. I told her I wasn't happy with it but she just kept cutting trying to make it look right, just bad hair cut with her!

I had a great experience getting some color to my hair. I was unsure of exactly what I wanted but I had an idea and a color. Grace was helpful and fun. She was friendly and chatted with me the whole time. I was nervous about the color but she encouraged me to relax. When all was done it looks fantastic and everyone keeps asking me where I got it done. The price was perfect and I have been making the recommendation to my friends to go there if they want some color. Thank you Grace!
The absolute worst experience I have had. Ugh! Called in said I was next and still waited forever. Never again!!!
